Do not use this company they charged me for an extra month even though I scheduled my delivery drop off date before the time that I was supposed to I was charged $300 and then when my pods finally came 5 days later all my items were thrown around and my treadmill was broken some of my belongings were broken I would not use this company again run far and fast away from them

Long delay in arrival, increased price from the quote, hours on the phone with customer service, and a site that was always down. Made the move very stressful and won't use them again.

Terrible experience and terrible customer service! Several issues, but the straw that broke the camels back was delivering the pod backwards, so the door was facing the wrong way, even though I gave specific instructions. My movers are here and hardly able to even access the pod. I had called the day. They dropped it off and told them it was wrong and they told me they would be out the next morning between 8 am and 9 am to fix it. Thry never arrived, so I called again to inquire. They told me they never said that they would have someone out in the morning and wouldn’t send anyone until the afternoon. Well, that doesn’t work because my movers are here and now I’m screwed! This was their problem, not mine and they refused to fix it or even let me talk to a manager or supervisor. WORST COMPANY EVER! Use 1800-Pakrat and save yourself a huge headache.

Everyone we dealt with through PODS was professional yet friendly and helpful. The use of a PODS container was very helpful in our move from one state to another.
We liked the idea of loading the POD ourselves, thus packing to fit our needs and it didn’t have to be done in a hurry.
We liked that we didn’t have to unload the POD when it arrived at our new home in a hurry also.
