Jay did an excellent job maneuvering podzilla.

They suck real bad. They lost my pod. Said it was delivered to the next location on their website but it was not. It was not until they cancelled my delivery to my house and I called to see what was going on before they looked into it. If I didn’t call they would have done nothing. They refused to call me back and tell me what was happening. I had to call 7straight days and then they made up a bold face lie to blame it on.

Wow! I have never used this service before but it is the perfect solution in a pinch. My lease is ending and my new place isn't ready for another week, I was stressed - PODS to the rescue. So easy to use, the call was simple, the customer service was impressive (5-star), and when the pods arrived, Eli helped me determine the best place for loading and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole experience has been awesome and I would recommend it as a solution for temporary storage needs.
I can only imagine the redelivery will be as smooth. Happy, happy, customer.
