PODS Moving & Storage

Horrible service. Our neighbour had a stroke and can no longer talk so we tried to pay off the balance and have the pod picked up because it’s empty. They told us we needed a 4 digit code we didn’t have it as he was unable to speak. We said we will pay off the 2 months he is behind as he has been in hospital and maybe going to hospice. They will not pick up the pod. Horrible customer service. Still sat there running up the bill. We are at a loss I guess they just want to keep making money on it.

I needed a container to put my things in, hold them for 2 weeks and deliver them to a new home. PODS came through with that service. I booked everything online. I called customer service because I wasn’t sure if I had selected what I needed correctly. They reviewed my order and executed it without incident. I even needed an additional container which they were able to deliver timely. Great experience.

The whole pods experience from start to finish was great. Everything I had to store for my basement finish went in the pod nicely. It was nice to have my stuff in the pod just outside in the driveway making it easy to move in and out. I would definitely recommend PODS and use again!
