Just received my POD and Kenyatta was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I had a good POD. The first POD she attempted to deliver was malfunctioning. The door wouldn’t close. Kenyatta put the POD back on her truck and brought me a new POD within an hour. I was just amazed how great her customer service was. She was soooo nice and friendly! She explained how to properly pack the POD and balance the weight for pickup. Overall great experience!! 10/10 highly recommend!
