I moved to Atlanta from the Charlotte area, and all the employees I interacted with from this location were fantastic. In particular when Anika Adams came to do my container pick-up she did a great job: kept me posted about her ETA ahead of time, was very professional, and gracefully worked around people from my apartment complex who were getting in her way for no good reason. No complaints from me, five stars.

Update:
While our initial interaction with PODS was wonderful, it went straight downhill from there. Pickup and delivery of units were not made on schedule and we had to spend hours on the phone. We had to delay our movers by 24 hours because PODS did not pick up on schedule. We had similar issues at our new house. The units were not placed as requested, nor were they picked up as scheduled requiring more time on the phone trying to get answers. Again we had one Great driver who did an amazing job, but overall it was extremely disappointing.

The delivery of the Pod was amazing. Kenyatta knew exactly what she was doing and took the time to do it right. She established exactly where we needed the Pod placed and worked within the space to get the box where we wanted it. She was pleasant and professional simultaneously. She made sure we had the information we needed to make our move a sucess. We will request that she be the driver to pickup and deliver future Pods.
