A LIVING NIGHTMARE. A LEAKY PODS UNIT COMPLETELY DESTROYED ALL OF OUR FAMILIES EARTHLY POSSESSIONS WITH THE WORST CASE OF MOLD THAT ANY OF US HAVE EVER SEEN, AND THEY HAVE YET TO RESOLVE IT!!!

The initial dropoff was fine. But there was no communication whatsoever about the pickup process and was unaware I had to initiate it on my end and was ultimately charged another month without my consent though I was done with the POD before the end of my reservation

Have a reasonably competitive price. Let customers know up front of the $178 pick up fee! I paid almost $600 for a tiny 16ft storage container!! What a joke. I will not do business with this company!

Ivan was back yesterday to pick-up my POD. He was as professional as he was when he delivered the POD and provided a great load of comfort that all will be taken care of professionally.

Awesome again! Pickup was down perfectly by Ivan. He deserves a raise!!
