Absolute worst company ever. We confirmed a delivery date for our pod and paid an extra $570 for the transfer over a month in advance. We paid and signed the agreement. We received a confirmation text and email the day before saying they would send us a delivery window. Then when we call because we didn’t receive one the day off they tell us they cancelled it for absolutely no reason. We never got a call or text or anything, it’s just randomly cancelled.
I asked what they could do to fix the situation and They’re saying the soonest they can deliver is in 10+ days and that we need to pay AGAIN for it to be delivered even though we have not been refunded for the initial transfer service we paid for and did not receive. We took off a week of work for it to be delivered TODAY. That’s not only income we are losing taking off work, but they are trying to scam us out of the money we have paid. And honestly are going back on our SIGNED AGREEMENT to give us our stuff back today.
Literally the best they can do for THEIR ERROR is make us pay again and deliver 10+ days outside. I am beside myself.
Any “convenience” for the pick up and drop off has been negated by this horrible experience and customer service. This is how they treat customers who have given $14000 to them over the years for holding our stuff.
I would stay away if I were you.

It has now been almost a week since our pod that we SIGNED A CONTRACT and PAID to have delivered did not show up. We contacted support as asked and PODS has confirmed that the error was on their part, but they STILL haven’t even shipped it to our area. We are still waiting on someone to freaking do something or tell us what’s happening!! We had to go in the store and the guy said Delivery now will be past the second date they said and that’s assuming they order it today which they haven’t. This is RIDICULOUS.
Mostly a good experience. I rented a POD for storage on my property while I did some renovations in my home. The drivers are very friendly. I strongly recommend making a reservation over the phone because some of the additional fee explanations online can be confusing. Also, make sure you meet the width, height and length requirements. They aren't a recommendation but a necessity due to the machine used to place the pod on your property. I was lucky to have two possible locations because the one I thought I was going to use I couldn't because a tree branch hung too low. Overall, good experience and I'd use them again for storage while renovating.
