PODS Moving & Storage

Went to pick up the items in my unit and it looked as if they dropped the pod on its side nothing was the way it was. Management treated me as if I was the person who was wrong in the situation. I called corporate and they have told me they can't do anything cause the on site employee says the pod was fine. Absolutely terrible experience and wouldn't want anyone going through this.

Did not deliver as promised. Even after TWO confirmations.

Too much email communication and lack of phone communication day of pick up and delivery. Timing is crucial but your time is not as valuable as their time.
