PODS Moving & Storage

Saferino did an outstanding job delivering my PODS container. He arrived right on time, kept me updated with clear communication throughout the process, and was incredibly friendly and professional. His attention to detail and great attitude made the experience seamless. I couldn’t have asked for better service—thank you, Saferino!

I used PODS for 2 years to store my items. They were wonderful from their customer service to their drivers. My only issue with them was that they closed one facility and transferred me to another facility. I only knew this, because I was charged a fee and contacted their customer service. My suggest is when this does happen to please notify the customer promptly so that they are not surprised to see a fee. Also, ask customer if they want to go to new facility or have you drop it to their home. I enjoyed my time with PODS and unlike other local storages, PODS never went up in their fees, it was the same even though I needed them for 1.5 yrs longer than I reserved it for and I highly recommend them too.

Pod delivered fine thankfully as i was not aware of its arrival time. A relative of my gf ordered it. 2nd POD arrived and I happened to be home and heard the noise out front. The driver was planning to set this our second POD unit down in a poor location so I asked him to reposition the first and allow better loading access fir our 2nd unit. He declined saying he had no time. So I offered him a $ tip and he complied.. great guy and very well worth the tip to make our loading items smoother.. our goal.

Saferino was awesome!!!! Definitely helped us out at the store getting us our new storage unit! He stayed in communication and was very effective in his job! Would always recommend!
