The whole experience with Pods was amazing. From setting it up to delivery and pick up, it was flawless. John B picked up the Pod and was professional and quick. I would highly recommend working with Pods.

Fantastic experience!!! Engaged PODS to drop off, pick up and store my container for a couple of months before shipping to our new home 1000 miles away. I was very impressed every step of the way, whether it be interacting online or speaking with reps via phone. They provided communication at the appropriate times, allowed easy pick up and delivery date changes online (or via phone) and took great care in making sure the POD arrived at its final destination in perfect condition and right on schedule. Both drivers were great as well. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Benjamin was amazing! He did the extras, he was friendly and conversational and kind. I think he deserves a raise????????. He is the epitome of above and beyond!!!
