PODS Moving & Storage

We had Blaine deliver our pod to Gainesville Florida. He was wonderful!!! So kind, outgoing, and funny while also being helpful and collaborative.
Overall our pods experience has been great so far from booking to delivery of pod, we are certain the rest of our experience of the final delivery will be just as good.

All I came in contact with were awesome, focused on me as the customer!! Excellent job!!

Completely ridiculous! Moving from Newberry Florida to Fort White Florida (30 mins away) they picked up my POD from my old house but refused to drop off my POD to my new house! No one told me this when I scheduled the POD. I have spent hundreds of dollars to make my move easy and now they tell me I have to go to the storage facility in Ocala and move things individually myself!!! Isn't this the point of a POD. Only reason I rented the POD was to make my move easier! You can move from state to state but you're telling me I can't move 30 mins away from where you picked it up!! I just can't even believe this! Horrible customer service!!!!

We were very happy with the service and storage while our home was being built. We had Korrina and Victor in Ocala Florida they delivered our PODS on Christmas Eve they were awesome! Our address was not on any maps being so new Korrina called me prior to delivery and knew exactly where we were! Yes, I agree they both deserve a raise!
