I had an exceptional experience with John from PODS. He was incredibly professional and reliable throughout the entire process. From delivering the pod to my old house, picking it up, transporting it to my new home, and then picking it up again, he handled everything with great care and efficiency. His attention to detail and courteous demeanor made the whole moving experience much smoother. I highly recommend John and PODS for their outstanding service.

Run away from using this company. I used PODS for my move from Boston to Florida. I liked the idea of packing it myself and not having to drive down the east coast in a box truck. I felt it was worth it to pay the extra 1000 for convenience. Little did I know they would not pick up my POD in Boston for 4 additional days after the agreed-upon date. They claimed it was due to a shortage of drivers. I was already in Florida so I had no control over anything. As a result of this, it then delayed my delivery so that I didn't receive my belongings for 3 weeks. When I finally did receive my items, everything had dents and black marks from being banged around. This was a nightmare experience that I hope no one else has to go through.

The POD did a great job being a POD, the delivery and pick up drivers were nice, but I was wrongly charged and it still has not been fixed! Be aware of hidden charges!!!
