Nothing but issues!

The first POD had a leak and we experienced mold. POD was switched, informed them the POD is rocking and not on level ground, they told me that we would have to pay for the driver to correct his error. How is this not apart of the delivery process for safety???

Horrible experience. We scheduled a pickup from Dallas and had the POD kept on our land in Alabama while we looked for a house to avoid storage costs. Turns out this ended up costing us a lot more money. They consider picking up the POD and moving it 1.5 hours away to be a 'long distance move.' It would have been cheaper to keep it in storage in Montgomery and transfer it to storage in Birmingham and then have it delivered to the house, but how in the world would I have known that? No one explained this when I set up the initial order. I will not use PODS again, we would just go ahead and hire movers to get it all done in one fell swoop.

I simply cannot say enough good things about PODS and, specifically, Alonzo Coleman who delivered my POD down here in SC after it had completed its journey from Boston, Massachusetts. Alonzo was more than just a friendly person, he was intelligent and professional. Let me explain: the driveway to my home here in SC is virtually a 45 degree slope. PODZilla was going to be challenged to go down and up such a plane while holding it's payload level. Alonzo was up to the task, though. He adjusted the front and back wheel posts as the slope increased and decreased. It was harder than it sounds. But he DID IT! And all of my belongings remained secure and settled within the POD. POD has itself a fine ambassador in Alonzo, as well as a fine person overall. I wish Alonzo the best and will recommend PODS to anyone who is making a move in the future!!!

BEWARE PODS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! PODS will talk a good deal to sucker you in and then start overbilling you and its pure hell to get it fixed. They will act light they can't comprehend how to help you and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor or manager over and over and will even drop your calls. The deliver drivers are great but they operate separately from the customer service aspect of the company.

Rodents got into both pods and ruined quite a bit. Not happy with the storage and final condition of our belongings.
