Mr. Mark was professional and did an awesome job! The fact is, he has the perfect name because where I asked him to put the pod on my driveway, is where he hit the mark!

Overpriced; unclear and vague policies. Disclaimers are in fine print and hard to discover on a confusing website, but the company will not email or communicate those same policies. For example, they will only schedule pickups on Tuesday. This will undoubtedly cause unnecessary fees. The company also does not prorate.
Customer service is third party foreigners. There's simply better options out there.

Mark Stowe was very friendly and an excellent driver. He made moving that POD look easy
