Mark Stowe did an amazing job navigating a tricky pickup and drop-off for us. He called and gave us a heads up of when he would be arriving to both places and was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Truly so impressed with the ease and efficiency of this moving service. Everything was explained clearly to me after asking follow-up questions as well. You gain access to a portal where you can see details of your move and PODS stays in touch with you via email and phone and text regarding the drop offs and pickups. It was a very convenient solution and customer service was easily available. Highly recommend.
