PODS Moving & Storage

Mark Stowe was on time as stated on his phone call to me for dropping off my POD. He was very professional & efficient in downloading the container in the spot I wanted. I highly recommend using PODS for moving.

I was in need of a pod to be delivered and picked up. The delivery date was successful but I was not made aware that my date for pickup was changed until after the fact. I called to have it corrected and was told that my area is only serviced on Tuesdays which was not mentioned when I originally placed my order. I specifically told the representative the dates that I needed the pod delivered and picked up and she did not mention that my pickup date was unavailable. I asked for the service to be canceled and was told I wouldn’t receive a refund for the mess up. Never again will I book with pods!
Update they were supposed to pick up the empty pod on a Saturday but canceled and never showed until Monday. They don’t keep reservations even the one they set up. Don’t recommend pods to anyone!

Adam M. recently delivered one of our PODS and he was absolutely fanatic! Great attitude, extremely personable, happy to do the job, excellent skills all around delivering and setting the POD, and even ensured the second POD delivery person set it where we wanted it. He 100% embodies what we all hope to encounter when doing business with a company, and we wanted to give him the recognition he deserves! Superb experience! Great job Adam!
