PODS Moving & Storage

I was impressed with our PODS service (our Sales Associate, Jake Bernardino, was knowledgable and provided great customer service) and would recommend this company. We recently moved from NJ to TN and used 2 large PODS for this journey rather than a moving company which allowed the flexibility to empty the house gradually, send our stuff off to TN, close on the house in NJ, then make a 3-day drive with personal items in our cars. The drivers were great, especially having to maneuver up our steep mountain road and awkward driveway. We received a military discount so I feel like we got the best price available. Moving will never be cheap and painless - it's just par for the course and ya gotta do it somehow. For us, doing it ourselves made sense for this situation. If we ever move again (which I hope won't be anytime soon), I'd use PODS, assuming I'm not a rickety old lady by then.?

Jay has done a great job picking up and dropping off my POD . This is my second time using PODs and just like the first it went smoothly and everyone was great! And if I move again we will use them again!

Back in July when I ordered a pod, a medium sized pod they quoted me a price of $159 per month, when I receive my credit card statement they were charging me $189 a month plus $10 for insurance. I called and spoke to a representative and she said oh yes I see that you are being overcharged, so we will open up a case so you can get your refund. Then they denied my refund, said they were charging me correctly . I am a senior citizen and live on social security check ..they are not honest and screw ppl out of money.. I will never use another pod container again and to all you elderly people out there I wouldn't advise you use them they are nothing but liars and crooks, they tell you one price, but then change it when they want..I mean WHY would the csr say 'yes I see you are being overcharged, I will set up a case for you '.
