Great way to move. Cost is reasonable. The person, Earnest R Hayer II the driver was very friendly and professional.

Mr. Earnest Hayes was our delivery guy for our two pods and he was fantastic! He was so careful and explained the placement of the pods in great detail! I’m so glad we had him to carefully deliver our most valuable possessions! :)

Customer service is horrible. Pickup was horrible. Driver came an hour early, reluctantly came back (still early) and refused to wait for 3 boxes to be loaded. Ultimately having to reschedule pickup for days later causing my son to sleep on the floor.
Also withdrew payment from wrong account causing me to miss my final Dr. visit and receive medications. Refused to refund or change payment to the agreement upon bank account. Calling customer svc was a 45 minute ordeal, every single time. Each agent told me different than the one previously.
It was bad from beginning to end, except my delivery driver was wonderful.
NEVER-EVER use this moving company!
