Do not use. Trust me!!

I should have listened to the reviews, but was magically hoping I wouldn't have a bad experience, boy was I wrong. On the day my POD was to be delivered between 2 - 5 pm (Sat) I receive a call at 3 stating due to unforeseen circumstances the driver will not be able to make it and we have rescheduled you to Tuesday I found out purely by accident the driver was late to the location before me and apparently didn't want to go pickup mine and deliver it to me. Well, if they actually looked at my info that I gave them while booking there was no way that would work since I had movers coming the next day and I had to be out of my place by the end of day on Monday. They were basically like sorry nothing we can do there aren't drivers on Sundays and Monday happened to be a holiday. I don't understand why they don't have drivers on Sundays considering a majority of people move on the weekends. The best part was after hanging up with no resolution or help at all. I see they sent an email one minute prior to them calling me stating per MY request they have rescheduled me to Tuesday. The absolute gall was the cherry on top of one of the worst moving companies I've ever dealt with. Please heed the reviews, I wish I had. Do Not Book PODS especially the Louisville, KY location.

Was told PODS delivered nationwide when placing my order. When I needed my POD delivered to my new residence, was told they didn't deliver to that area code. Had to pay an additional $1400 to hire movers to unload my POD at their facility and unload at my new residence. Very misleading.

Twice now that this company has placed the pod inappropriately and not as described in my request. The first time this happened they placed it too close in the middle not allowing space to park the car, even though it was requested to be put as far to the left as possible. Though inconvenient, it was doable because my neighborhood allowed street parking. The second time, I requested the pos be placed in the middle of the driveway so that I could still park my car behind it without being too close to the house. What did they do? They parked it as close to the street as they could get it. I called and asked to have it moved because my new neighborhood has an HOA that doesn’t allow street parking, and Patrick said the driver refused to do so because there was no space. There looks like plenty of space to me. Don’t use this company. Though cheap, they are NOT worth the hassle. Spend the extra few bucks on somewhere that is going to take your concerns seriously and not just take your money and lazily do the bare minimum.

Everything went well until the delivery day unable to deliver on time or day waited 2 day extra without my personal stuff. the first container the driver was not to experience handling the machine and broke the sides of the driveway with all the movement it resulted on broken TV and a mirror.other then that everything was ok.
