PODS is the way to go if you are doing a remodel and want to store your stuff out of the way. Easy to use the website, delivery and pick up were flawless!

The PODS experience we had on site was very good and pricing was competitive. There was some confusion on receipt of on going billing; I recommend clarifying during the order process how receipts are to be sent.

DO NOT use this company. Had issues getting it dropped off and because they messed up the phone number they reschedule days later. Moving it had no issues but picking up the container was a problem. They did not pick it up and I called twice and was told they were on their way. Called the last time and they said it didn’t pick it up because a lock was on it. We were home and the garage was open. Car in driveway and they did not knock on the door. If they are not smart enough to knock on a door or call then you know you wasted your money.
