TERRIBLE! Awful customer service. Communication, follow up, & follow through doesn't exist with PODs. You're treated like a number. Had 3 issues in 5 days. Good luck getting someone on the phone who can make decisions. When you do be prepared for the process to be drug out & offered pennies for compensation....if anything.

Our driver Steve Lay from Ft Mitchell, KY went above and beyond to make sure that our Pod was delivered. We had a tight alley to get down but that didn’t deter him. He was patient and made sure we got what we needed.

Employees delivering and picking up the POD were both courteous and friendly, explaining exactly what they were doing.

Was an absolute nightmare and tha inability to.speak with an individual fluent in English was maddening!

I have used PODS several times and they are professional and clean.

I called for pick up on November 1, they picked up on November 5 and I was charged an additional month rental of $200
