We had an excellent experience with Brewster D! He called ahead of time, before he delivered the POD, and helped troubleshoot to make the drop-off seamless. He was efficient, helpful, and professional. He made this process so much easier!

Horibe customer service. Water damage to my belongings after the POD was damage and I was never notified so my items I paid to start for a year are trash.... Would not deliver the pod despite that I obtained a permit from the city.. Do not take open claims for reimburse or refunds serious and close before talking with the customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Missing and damanged items... no delivery... extra charges... list goes on...

UPDATE to reply from company. I have emailed and called several times.. Your company does not have customer service that will assist. 'convince' should be taken off your website.. the whole reason i spent the extra 6k on your company and it wasn't anything but convenient.

My items were stored at the PODS Columbus facility for 8 months and were returned in perfect condition. Their process was easy to follow and the convenience of being able to load and unload directly on-site instead of requiring the additional cost of moving items to and from a storage facility made it well worth it. Would absolutely use again in the future.
