PODS Moving & Storage

It's fine as long as nothing goes wrong. I used them because we could store product until we got another home. Unfortunately it was in another state and it became a shit show. Customer service is terrible!! Never again!

Our closing/moving dates kept changing. PODS customer service and options were a huge help during this stressful time.

Great Service Provided.

Moving can be stressful. We are moving from Columbus OH to San Francisco CA. I researched 3 different companies then decided to go with PODS. Not because they were the cheapest because they weren’t, but rather because of the service level we initially received from CURTISHA when we walked in person asking then the rep on the phone when we called. They were both very detailed and took the time to answer all my questions. Truly an exceptional customer service experience which to me means more than saving couple hundred dollars and get a bad service. I hope corporate will see this review and extend my thank you to Curtisha. Happy New Year.
