PODS Moving & Storage

8 POD / 2 houses across 3 states move--> Good way to move if you also need climate controlled storage in between houses or have limited room for a moving truck. The 16ft PODs are nice but a 20 or 24ft POD would have been better but that would be too heavy I guess.
The 6 drivers I delt with were awesome, helpful and careful.
The web site is slow with do it yourself scheduling so be very very patient because you have to do things a few times to make it work.

They don't have enough help. They said the POD would be delivered to me in 3 days. It showed up 15 days after the initial drop off. After sitting in my driveway, loaded, for 5 days. They held our personal belongings hostage and charged us ransom to get them back.

Unprofessional! Called at noon and scheduled a storage POD for an emergency job the following day. Got a call at 10pm the night before stating it was rescheduled. I told her it was urgent and couldn't be rescheduled. She said OK, she would keep it on the schedule. The next morning I got an email asking me to confirm the new delivery date. She told me what I wanted to hear to get off the phone. I called the next morning and they told me nothing they could do, wasn't happening.
