PODS Moving & Storage

Purchased and had two pods transfer my belongings from one state to another with my own lock on them. The company put their own lock with code on them when they were delivered. The company stated they didn't know who or how it happened. I had to pay a locksmith to have the locks removed. I wasn't refunded for it. Would never go through this company again nor recommend them.

Communication is top notch - the reason for 2 stars is that they do not - even for senior citizens - pro-rate fees - it's month to month.
Should you require less than a full month (after a few months) they are happy to pick it up and re-use the container - but at their profit, your expense.

Pods made the entire process painfully simple. I appreciate how they have clearly thought through the entirety of the process and leaned out all aspects, keeping the costs reasonable. Well done.
