PODS Moving & Storage

Bob was phenomenal! He called beforehand to confirm the details of delivery, showed up early in the delivery window and was very professional. Our driveway is short, awkward and off of a main road so it was not easy for him to get the pod in a spot that didn't block our garage. He was skeptical at first but was willing to work with us so we didn't have to park our cars off onto a side street. He even gave us a run down of how to best pack the Pod and answered any questions we had. I hope whoever picks up the Pod is as awesome as Bob. Thanks again, Bob! You made a stressful situation calm. :)

From the beginning of the moving process, PODS has been excellent! They kept me abreast every step of the way. All of the operators that handle dropping the POD off to picking it up, are very experienced, professional, and so friendly! Robert Chitester, operated the machinery with skill and precision! I highly recommend them!

Delivery and communication was great. The driver - Robert Chitester - made sure we had the site cleared and ready for delivery and gave helpful advice on how to load the POD.

I had a fantastic experience with Denny from PODS at the Cleveland location. He was punctual, professional, and demonstrated great expertise while picking up my POD. Denny ensured everything was handled safely and efficiently. Highly recommend his services!

Just want to say that Robert Chitester is a great employee & if ever need to use a POD again, up here, I do hope he is who comes! Was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & accommodating! Just a great guy & excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days! Cannot say enough good things. I was just so greatful that although I would have preferred the POD to be in one location, he explained how it was not possible & we found a different area that worked out great too!
We used a POD, technically my brother did, in Florida when moving from his condo to his home & had a great experience then, which is why we used again when moving my mom from her apartment. While her new rental is still not ready, we unloaded it at our house so she could save the money & get her clothes as winter is coming!
When Robert came to drop the POD off, we were really not sure how it worked as far as placement and so we were wanting it where it just couldn't go. While maybe where we put it wasn't preferred or may have been not acceptable, Robert & my son made it happen for us so, he got my thumbs up big time!!!
Again, just great customer service and to me, that says it all!!! Will DEFINITELY use PODs again in the future!!! Thanks again Robert for just being you!!
