Clean containers delivered to home. Great care from drivers to prevent damage. Communication was effective. One CON was after I ordered pods, I was sent an email about packers were available to help if I wanted...Then emails escalated to packers were scheduled. It was a very unpleasant to be sent a disingenuous email from pods. It required my wife calling to receive an explanation. We were assured no packers were hired. False email about packers hired ruined the experience. Pod pickup and charges were accurate

Absolutely was the right decision to use Pods! Customer Service was over the top! Everything went as planned to the tee! Highly recommend!
