PODS Moving & Storage

I used PODS for a long term driveway storage during a remodel on our house. I appreciated the quick response, the quick delivery, and didn't get hounded during the rental. When I finally called for a pickup, it was done quickly and billing finalized. Great customer service.

If you are just having the pod moved from one location to another, then pods is probably a good decision. But I had a pod moved to a location for a few months and then moved to another state and the booking for the final destination was torture! The representative did not know what he was doing resulting in being on the phone for over an hour and then being charged for an empty pod delivery (a pod that I already had) plus being charged an extra month with that empty pod delivery. I’ve had to call customer service 3 times about this and each time I’m on the phone with them for 45+ minutes. And each time they’ve told me they would issue the refund, which I am still waiting on over a month later. On a positive note, the delivery drivers were very friendly.

PODS experience was great! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for moving solutions. Basically all in your hands, only thing you don’t do is drive it to your new location. PODS makes moving easy!! All the associates I had contact with were friendly and extremely helpful.
