I would not recommend PODS to anyone. The communication with this company is absolutely awful.

The customer service representatives hung up on me mid-conversation twice, answered and then disconnected, called me back via a virtual wait-in-line and then hung up. The hold times are very long. I ended speaking to a representative, who promised to call me back with an answer to my issue. However, I never received a call back. The chat reps are not helpful either, it's like chatting with a bot! I was trying to report a problem with my pod. The pod had gotten jammed, and I couldn't open it. The customer service representative I spoke to was very dismissive and didn't care.

I had to pay a handyman out of pocket to lift door on the pod even though the point of service location from where the pod was delivered was less than 3 miles away.

After the initial sales call, it is very difficult to get in touch with customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with the communication from PODS. This company does not seem to care about its customers. I would not recommend them to anyone.
