Through my first experience using PODs Moving and Storage, I had 2 drivers that stood out from the rest. Anthony F. and Ed gave a great customer experience and friendly conversation while they loaded and unloaded the PODsbas well as insuring no damage was done to the properties or contents.

Loved my experience with Pods! They really streamlined my move and were fast, efficient, and friendly, plus all my items arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this service.

I had the worst experience that financially cost me quite a bit of additional money due to me selling my home and only being advised only one 16ft POD was required. It just went from bad to worse. I really regret not using the usual. It took me 3 weeks of calling and an escalations team that ignored every aspect of the negative impact it had upon me. They stated for many different incidents that everything was handled properly. Worst experience I've ever had to deal with in my entire life.

Not transparent on pricing and moving process to the warehouse instead of my direct address. My initial quote was not the same as what I paid. They didn’t ask for full address only zip to underprice and then they got the full moving address and added the price….! Good service but there are cheaper moving box companies out there.
