Mike drove in the Pod to our complex, and it was quick and painless! Helped us with function, and it was good to see the lift in action as well.

Professional and made the situation a lot easier

Looks like Mike is on a roll and the reviews is doing him justice. So far, I've gotten my pod delivered and picked up by Mike and he's been excellent both times. He called 20mins before arriving and was super professional. He gave me tips on how to navigate the site when placing the pod delivery to make it easier when I need to move and take storage out. I work with a company that focuses on 'Customer Obsession' and Mike really delivered on that. The whole pod delivery and pick up the following day was nice and smooth and very quick. I plan on having my pod delivered to my new apartment on April 3rd so I'd be grateful if I could get Mike back to help me out once more when that time comes. I'm also very happy everyone is having great service with Mike so I hope future customers gets to experience his work. Thanks for making this stress free and reassuring Mike, I hope to see you help me out once more in the future!

Mike did an excellent job including driving driving 2+ hours right after a severe snow storm hit our area. Having traveled so far he stayed around while we emptied the pod to avoid having to make multiple trips to later pick up the pod. This also worked for us in that we didn’t have the empty pod sitting in our drive. Thanks Mike

Holy camoley these guys were on it! Absolutely impeccable work, from the boss down to my driver (Gary). They couldn't of been more professional, had a harder work ethic, and even kept the lane of communication open. 5/5 will use pods again in the future.
