Absolutely the worst customer service of any industry!!!!!
Hard to understand communicating with them, many times there's a gap in the communication like there was a delayed phone line or computer.
Going to the dentist is less painful than dealing with pods customer service ❗❗❗

Everything with our PODS storage went very smoothly. We had Mike, as our driver, from start to finish and he was very nice and professional. Great communication when he was on his way to deliver or pick up the POD. Having a POD leading up to our move helped speed the process along and made it easy to move everything to our new house. Would definitely use again if we ever needed!!
