Very easy to use. But a fair amount of damage to my items in one of two pods.

Mike called me 10 minutes before his arrival which was within the reported window. Mike was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and during pickup. He made the end of my journey of bringing my my home to me an enjoyable experience. Thanks Mike for your positive attitude.

MIKE Our driver did an amazing job dropping off and picking up our pod in our narrow spare driveway. We had the pod for months while we tore down an old garage and built a new one. Only thought it would have been a month or two but ended up being for 7 months.

PODS rocks! Nothing but professional exchanges with all employees, reasonable price, excellent service.

Horrible service. We made 10 to 15 request to remove the pod orally and in writing and by attorney letter and they failed to remove it timely. This caused major construction delays and financial damages. Very negligent, incompetent and piss poor service. Using another company..
