PODS Moving & Storage

I had a very positive experience with using Pods! I do feel that the 800 number was not as informative nor as helpful as the one on one interaction I had with the driver. I was told they didn’t service my zip code when in fact they do. I had to hire another company to deliver my furniture to Pods location, but it all worked out. The Driver Dustin went above and beyond in making everything work out. It would be much easier working with the local location than dealing with someone that doesn’t even live in this State.

I would not hesitate to order a POD again. Great service, reasonably priced, and so convenient. Dustin did an amazing job getting the POD in and out of a tricky spot we requested it be set. Maneuvering that thing takes skill!

This was one of the easiest things I have ever done. My PODS driver Justin put it exactly where I wanted it and it worked out perfectly. When Justin picked up my POD I wasn't home but no problem. It was gone when I got home and didn't even know anyone had been there. I wouldn't hesitate to do this again. Very good customer service and great communication. Thank you!
