PODS Moving & Storage

We used PODS for a cross country move in July. The reservation process and customer service was easy and professional. Each person I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable and wait times were short. The drivers we engaged with were also courteous. Pick up and delivery were as scheduled.

Needed to remove furniture and belongs from three rooms for a renovation. Pods was easy to schedule. Their drivers called in advance to be sure I was expecting them. When the POD was loaded, they picked it up, again calling me and alerting me that they were coming. Special shout out to Earl G., who made sure I was ready to have the POD removed and communicated when he was on his way and when he arrived.
