Terrible. No communication between customer support, drivers, and customer. Cancelled a pod delivery day of with no reason why.

Fantastic service... every aspect! Price, timing, communications, delivery. We moved across country from FL to MN. Everything went exactly as planned. I would highly recommend!

Pods as a business is full of hidden and unsubstantiated fees. Their quotes certainly do not line up with what you end up paying. When asking for clarification im told that you have to pay for a delivery fee to have the pod delivered. Hidden fee if it’s a different city. If you keep the container for more than 2 days you are charged an additional half a month of “storage”. I was charged a storage fee for 7/21-8/21 although my pod is set to be delivered 7/24 I was only offered half a month “credit”. So not only are you paying a delivery fee, you also pay storage fees. There is no logic to the pricing or charging. Your monthly storage does not actually reflect the days you have the pod. When trying to discuss my options for delivery the representative ended the chat abruptly. Overall incredibly disappointing dealing with bad customer service, unfair and unreasonable pricing.

The driver delivering the POD was awesome; he managed to get the POD into my driveway around a bagster with no damage . However, the driver who picked up the POD had no bagster to contend with and still managed to knock off a branch on one side of the driveway and run over my fliwers on the other. He didn't come to the door to apologize (we were home and front door was open). The supervisor was out of town.
