PODS Moving & Storage

Ordered a pod with a lock. When the pod was delivered they failed to deliver the lock, called they said the lock was not on the order. I said I need one and to deliver it. Called several times and they keep saying it will be delivered. It's been over a week and still no lock.
I can't fill the pod unless I have a lock and they are stopping me from doing that. This is bs. Bad customer service. Calls are recorded but nobody has taken the time to listen to my initial call with the order. Very disappointing for such a big company to do this.
I need a discount on the rental.
