I couldn't have been more pleased with my PODs experience. Their representatives were polite, knowledgeable and very professional. POD was delivered picked up and delivered to new address on time .

My daughter moved from Cape Cod to Chicago. We wanted to have a definite move in date following closing on her condo. We worked with PODs to load and have it delivered to their warehouse in a Chicago suburb. A local delivery team unloaded it at the pods facility ( Chicago doesn’t allow PODS to be delivered on the street). Pods was very professional. They confirmed as the move went along Communication was excellent as was the move itself. The man at the Chicago site drove me to my POD to meet the local movers. This was a super easy move and I’ve done many in my lifetime.
