The company made unauthorized changes to my order then billed me for the upgrade. Called customer service several times over several days and got rude representatives who could not or would not resolve. No management ever returned my call as I requested several times. No accountability and bad service. Won't be in business long with this kind of 'service'.

Was grossly overcharged, leaking/moldy pods, customer service was horrible, instead of fixing the over charging they charged me again! I was charged a rush/same day delivery for pods I had to wait 6 days for. The website frequently wouldn’t work. I would need to submit receipts to insurance to get reimbursed but couldn’t either get in the website or the invoices where wrong. If you are considering PODS-RUN!
