PODS Moving & Storage

Surprise, surprise no delivery. AGAIN. 3 failed deliveries all due to 'the warehouse overbooking.' We were GUARANTEED delivery today. Our pod is now 8 days late, 3 days wasted. Wasted our time and our moving help's time. Customer Service is completely unhelpful. They have nothing to do with the local warehouse and just read from a screen. WORST COMPANY EVER. Would give zero stars if possible. Who knows if we'll ever get our property at this point. I guess we need to get lawyers involved???

Working with Pods was Fast and Easy. The booking process took about 10 minutes tops. The delivery was Fast and Smooth, The driver Bob was excellent and Informative. We actually had a nice conversation and have a lot in common. Bob is cool .... More people should be like Bob.

Update: The workers are Great but PODS has Overcharged my Debit Card and having the money returned to me has been a hassle. Not sure if I would use them again due to this.

Bob with PODS did a fantastic job! Everything was well communicated and done efficiently, on time, and with ease. There was never any damage to our grass or driveway at all and Bob was very professional. Thanks PODS!
