Definitely better than using military moving companies by far. You can pack and load at your pace.

Worthless. You better be the best expert in logistics and timing as the company refuses to accept responsibility for their failures. They will not return money paid for monthly rent, even if you RETURN the storage container as completely empty and have no intent of using it again. They are the worst and the customer service just blindly leans on the canned verbiage “that’s our policy”. By law PODS should not be able to charge you for services and storage time frame you do not use. The online site is a disaster as it wont allow you to mark a container for final return. Worse, no one is monitoring their billing where I was double-billed when I changed my order and final destination for my move. Do Not Use this service or expect any semblance of common sense from their billing department. Worst customer experience in my entire life and I have never written such a disparaging review of corporation or service, but they deserve it from charging customers for services and time that a container is not utilized and simply sits EMPTY in their warehouses!

Delivered as quickly as possible. Very polite and professional. Picked up on time. Again, polite and professional. Great navigation of the neighborhood and property. Recommend and would use again.
