PODS Moving & Storage

All my stuff did arrive at my new address safe, which I suppose is the most important part, so I still gave them 3 stars. However if you’re on a time crunch I would not recommend POD at all. When it came to picking up my container from my old address we agreed on a Saturday, then they called me and said they weren’t going to be open anymore on the weekend so we had to reschedule for several days later. They should have honored the already planned appointments. Then dropping it back off at my new address without even contacting me they changed the delivery date to a later date. Like I said, my stuff was fine, so that was great. But customer service is pretty poor.

This is an excellent company providing outstanding service at a reasonable price. The process was well managed at every stage, clear and effective communication in person and online, everything on time and as promised. Can't do much better than that, and it was less than half the cost of a full service mover, even with the additional loading and unloading labor.
