Once PODs gets control of your items, don't expect them to be delivered @ your convenience or schedule. It will be done at their schedule regardless of pretty words being spoken in your ear. As the customer, you will need to do all legwork. Management sits back & makes pretty excuses that don't solve the customers problems or build trust

We are in the middle of the POD process and even though it is a bit pricey it is very easy and convenient. Moving is stressful and the service has been great so far.

I was very impressed with PODS. My only complaint is the cost, but without all the hassle of using another company, this worked out perfectly.

Highly recommend. Made our move so much easier. If you’re moving and need temporary storage this is definitely your answer. Great communication the entire time. Matt in sales was super helpful and had our pod waiting for us when we finished closing on our house and the drivers were great. Very organized and professional.
