Locked out of account due to past due, had no notice that my automatic payments set up weren't going thru. Granted I should have caught sooner but have had a lot going on. No notice given that it was past due causing me to be locked out of account so then I couldn't even go in and take care of it. Doesn't make any sense why my auto payments stopped going thru when my card info on file was correct. Said they sent me an email but it never came thru saying my account was past due. Very hard to get thru on phone to a real person to even resolve the issues that occurred. Had this service for 6 months and had no issues up until now.
The scheduling worked better for me and I appreciate being able to load - or have it loaded, at my own pace.
