PODS Moving & Storage

It was a really easy process, they explained everything thoroughly for me and I never ran into any issues.

We used PODS in Wichita, KS. Great service. Extremely handy and easy to navigate online. I even had a question regarding our POD and made a phone call to talk with a PODS representative and got the answer i needed. Highly recommend.

Roger delivered 3 pods to my new house. My furniture delivery from the furniture store showed up right before he did and took the spot we had saved for the pod. Roger was very patient with them and me as they finished the delivery and then left. Roger was very friendly, helpful and on time!

PODS doesn’t deliver to some locations. I got behind on payment due to being overseas and out of cell and computer access range. Payments were made and caught up yet PODS had already opened the units to prepare for auction anyway. Items went missing after units had been opened. PODS made excuses and nothing was done in the end. I will never use PODS again.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have moved 8 times in the last 7 years and have never experienced an issue like we have. Our storage unit had a small breach at the bottom which allowed all kinds of pests to get in. We had to throw away about 1/3 of our items which would cost us about $4000 to replace. We purchased insurance through PODS only to find out they don't cover pests...even if the POD is defective. The insurance company, UNIRISC won't help either. BEWARE of what your clauses are because if something happens, they most likely WILL NOT cover it! Hoping this information helps someone else!
