The driver assigned to pickup the pods container tore up my yard and I was not contacted after I called to do a complaint and being told someone will be calling me.

Aaron arrived on time as he said, was very courteous and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns about the POD. He made sure that everything concerning my personal items were explained as well protection against insects. A very positive and thorough POD delivery and experience. A vvery nice and respectful young man.
