Filed a claim with PODS after home goods delivery. No customer service after multiple emails.
Cannot recommend.
UPDATE: I was finally responded to after about 3-4 months. They didn’t cover the full replacement although the item damaged was truly Brand New, but with my salvaging of parts the issued coverage should cover most of the replacement cost
Pod sat in my driveway for 30 days after being empty... they didnt have a pick up person. Still got charged for rent. And they dont have bosses or supervisor to talk to when you call cause the sales associate wont let you. There is a ticket system. Not impressed for the 2nd time i used pods. Great to take you're money!!!! But not helpful to the customer
I had gotten one and it had water damage and other problems, so I couldn't use it. Contacted them to send someone to look at it, it took 10 days and they didn't call me before they came out. So we had them pick it up, they still didn't call before showing up and they showed up hours ahead of time Now as of 10/06/2023 they charged me again for something that I don't even have and couldn't use. Customer service is a joke.
In a big city, it is great. If you are going to a smaller area, it is horrible.
