PODS Moving & Storage

Not just one area pods in general is horrible with horrible customer service, they will constantly lie and not do anything to help. They are a last resort and they know it as they screw you over. Used twice and both times ended up losing thousands of dollars.

Poor customer service

Horrible experience. It started with the PODS company as a whole when my move started, but once I arrived in Louisiana, I received delay after delay with no communication as to where my container was being stored or when I could expect to have my container delivered. I called multiple times and on numerous occasions was told there was nothing anyone could do. I was told originally it had something to do with 'bad winter weather' which is funny considering the SECOND time my delivery was canceled it was 70 degrees and sunny out.

I finally called the local office and the woman was short with me and continuously cut me off. It was clear she was attempting to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.

Mind you, each time the company delays, you as the customer have to pay a new delivery fee, storage fee, and whatever else fee. That's ridiculous when the delay was on the business side and not my own.

One thing is completely certain, I will NEVER EVER recommend or use PODS services ever again.

Way to expensive and the lady I talked to was rude!
