Moving is usually as fun as stepping on a Lego barefoot, but PODS made it surprisingly painless! The ability to change my pickup time was an absolute game-changer—seriously, it felt like having a 'redo' button for my move.

The whole process was smooth: they dropped off the container like a moving ninja, I packed at my own pace (with only minor procrastination), and when I was ready, they whisked it away like a storage fairy godmother. If they start offering professional packing, free moving supplies, and maybe a therapist to help with the emotional trauma of sorting through 6 years of forgotten junk, they’d be unstoppable.

10/10 would move again… but hopefully not too soon! ???

Roofs allow light to enter allows for easier packing.
I like all of my personal property stays at my property.
I have used PODS numerous times and my clients have also.

We had a great experience moving from NC to AR with PODS. The quote was very competitive compared to traditional movers, which was our initial deciding factor. We had great service on each delivery and nearly all items arrived in tact. Of the few that were damaged I blame ourselves for packing ineffectively or just general wear and tear of going cross-country. Our drop off driver was particularly great, and took the time to decide which area of the drive would be best to leave the POD when considering heavy furniture and which doorways we might use. Overall, we're very satisfied.

Terrible experience! We will never use them again. They are dishonest in their rental agreements. They charge you for 30 days when you only have the unit for 4 days out of the month and they do not bother to disclose this in their agreement. Use someone else as Pods is shady!!!!
