(Update: the full amount was finally refunded. This still should not have taken from 6/26 to 8/10 to get resolved.) Long story short...I was WRONGLY charged for an additional month. After almost 2 months and numerous calls to their reps and to Cretia George, they finally refunded only partial month. They say they can't refund the insurance. What do they not understand? I should not have been charged for that month in the first place. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
